Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our highest priority, so please contact us immediately with any questions or concerns, regarding your transaction, so that we can work to quickly resolve them.

At Carry the Glory, if for some reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please return or exchange all item(s) within 15 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition. Tag/labels must be intact.

Once items are returned, you will be entitled to a store credit.

For apparel, we are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, used, not in original condition or have tags removed. 

For general merchandise, if they are opened or damaged,  a store credit or exchange may be denied. 

Every aspect of the items must be free from signs of being used.

If you wish to cancel your transaction, please do so prior to shipping (24 hours). We can offer a store credit (excluding cost of delivery) and request that you return the item(s) unused and with the tags/labels intact to us. 

Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
